Daily Rant & Rave: Traffic at White River Amphitheatre

RAVE To last weekend’s 49th annual Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival. From the parade to the great volunteers, excellent artists, merchants and musicians, one the best beer gardens anywhere, a great fireworks show, even perfect weather, we had a wonderful time. Mukilteo should be very proud.

RANT To the White River Amphitheatre for its inability to get cars in and out competently. Sure, there was a big crowd for the Oddball Comedy Show last Friday, but things were so bad, even the comedians were making jokes about it. It took an hour for us just to get out of the parking lot, and the staff either wasn’t around or didn’t know what they were doing. I’ve been to the Rose Bowl and seen almost 100,000 people get in and out easier.
