Daily Rant&Rave: Cyclist runs red light

RAVE For the newly painted mural on the wall of the Masonic building at Greenwood Avenue North and Northwest 80th Street. It’s gorgeous and adds a wonderful work of art to the neighborhood.

RANT For the biker that didn’t stop for the red light, drove right in front of me against his red light as I was turning left on the green arrow left turn lane. Plus he wasn’t wearing a helmet. He proceeded to swear profusely as if I was in the wrong. What’s with bicyclists not abiding by the rules of the road, including running red lights and cruising through stop signs? Do they always have the right of way?
