Daily Rant&Rave: Slow down in the parking lot, drivers

RAVE To whoever picked up my soggy wallet after I dropped it in the parking lot at the QFC and the friendly store staff who kept it protected in the store safe until I could come and get it. So great to know there are honest people in Seattle who do the right thing.
RANT To speeding, inattentive drivers in parking lots and parking garages. If there’s no speed limited posted, common sense would tell you that the area is small and cars compete with pedestrians for the right of way. Speeding around blind corners or alongside parked cars is dangerous for pedestrians and other drivers. Is poor judgment or selfishness your reason for ignoring safety?
