Daily Rant&Rave: Get your dog out the grocery cart

RAVE  To our former landlords for their generosity and attention to detail maintaining their apartment complex, and all the things like building decorations and holiday cards that made it homey and comfortable.   All the new places being built could learn a thing or two from them about how to care for tenants. We’ll keep their spirit alive in maintaining the property and wish them well in their retirement.

RANT To the people who bring their dogs into the grocery store, on leashes or in the cart where other people will be putting children and groceries, and they’re not service dogs. I’m seeing this more and more often. I love dogs and have two, but not in the grocery store. Health Department, where are you?
