RAVE To the organizers and guides who provided a walking tour of the seawall project, with special praise to our guide, Zack. It was very interesting and informative and helped us wrap our brains around the amount of work involved in this construction project. A great way to spend a chilly but beautiful Saturday morning!
RANT To the wait people and retail clerks whose response to almost everything is “perfect.” This robotic response drives me crazy. Please, people, make an attempt to relate to the customer in a more genuine and interactive way.
