Daily Rant&Rave: Spare me from traffic circle hell

RAVE To the Port of Seattle for designing easy-to-use women’s bathrooms at Sea-Tac Airport with room to get in and out with carry-on luggage. Merci and gracias.
RANT How long will it take drivers to learn how to properly travel through the traffic circles, especially with more being constructed every day? Circles aren’t four-way stops. You don’t need to wait for the circle to be empty before you enter it. You don’t stop when another car is entering the circle at another entrance to the circle. If people use traffic-control areas properly, they flow quickly and smoothly. When they don’t, we’re stuck in traffic-circle hell, waiting for our turn to drive through.
