Daily Rant&Rave: Thanks to friendly, watchful police officers

RAVE To the friendly, watchful Seattle Police making sure the Great Figgy Pudding chorale extravaganza in downtown Seattle went so well. It was great to see all the singers, the families and the spirit of community protected by their presence and professionalism. Also, they looked awesome in their traditional-style police hats.

RANT   To people at the Stevie Wonder concert who walked up and down the aisles making wine and beer runs, sometimes stumbling on the way, and to the couple in front of us who blocked our view while recording the show on their cellphones, texting and posting throughout the show, and holding a ceaseless conversation in voices loud enough to be heard above the music.
