Daily Rant&Rave: Bikes on the sidewalk

RAVE To two women who, having found our credit card behind our van in a busy parking lot, waited outside in the intense cold to return it to us. When they saw us coming back to our van, they ran over with big smiles to return the card. Since moving to Washington from the Midwest 9 years ago, we never cease to be overwhelmed by the helpfulness and friendliness of almost everyone we meet!

RANT To people who ride their bikes on the sidewalks and crosswalks, expecting everyone to move quickly out of their way. Handicapped people and others may not be able to move fast. Parents, teach your children to ride a bike safely and to respect people on the sidewalk.
