Daily Rant&Rave: Kind construction workers lift wheelchair

RAVE For the two kind construction workers who rushed across the street from where they were working to help a woman who was having difficulty getting the man she was pushing in a wheelchair over the curb while crossing the street. They lifted the chair from the street to the sidewalk, a simple task for them, but it must have made the day for the couple they assisted.
RANT To the “for hire” driver who sped through the crosswalk in the parking/curb lane, passing cars waiting for a pedestrian to cross. Time is money, but life is precious: Obey the law!
