Daily Rant&Rave: Wash those dirty reusable bags

RAVE To people leaving up their outside Christmas lights. Whatever their reasons, we’re in the middle of the winter and those lights do a good job brightening up our mood and the dark, cold days of the season. I’d find the displays tacky by next month or so, but by that time I’m sure most of them will be taken down.
RANT To grocery shoppers using dirty reusable bags. Those of us who work in stores ask that you not hand us bags that smell or have mildew, old receipts, empty food cartons or other junk. It’s disgusting and unhealthy to put groceries in dirty bags. Make the world a better, healthier place by washing your bags frequently.
