Do you have what it takes to be a host of an Outdoor TV Show?

Comcast SportsNet Northwest has announced that it is holding a casting call to find an outdoor enthusiast to host an upcoming Northwest outdoor adventure series, which will include fishing, hiking, biking, camping, kayaking, climbing, survival skills and much more.

Anyone can apply regardless of your outdoor experience, but I’m sure a little bit of veteran know-how will be a better advantage to getting the job. The network is looking for people who are comfortable, confident and knowledgeable in and about the outdoors, and who have a desire to host their own television show.

The host will be announced this fall via a reality-style television series produced by Comcast SportsNet, which will put candidates against the outdoors as well as against each other, while they vie for the ultimate goal of being named the host.

Candidates who don’t win enough support from viewers and a panel of judges will be eliminated from the competition.

A questionnaire, waiver and DVD submission are required. Go to Comcast SportsNet for more information on how to apply.
