Seattle Boat Show Spring Sale offers great deals for anglers looking for a boat

Just looking at the gorgeous weather outside gets me in the mood to go fishing, and those who don’t have a boat or want something new can take advantage of the Seattle Boat Show Spring Sale 10 a.m.-7 p.m. May 1-3 at Totem Lake Mall, Totem Lake Boulevard and N.E. 124th, just off I-405 in Kirkland.

The event features 200 new and used boats on trailers from more than 30 dealers. Leaders of the not-for-profit Northwest Marine Trade Association, owners and producers of the boat show, voted to underwrite the entire cost of the sales event to provide needed support to dealers in Washington who saw sales drop more than 56 percent during the first three months of this year.

Current boat owners can tow their boats to the event to use as trade-ins with appraisers on site. Details: www.seattleboatshow.com.
