Upcoming holiday and furlough day means fish checks will be delayed later this week

Just a reminder that if you’re looking for the boat ramp, and rivers and lakes sampling checks from state Fish and Wildlife they won’t be out due to the President’s Day Holiday on Monday, Feb. 21.

Add in the state mandatory furlough on Tuesday, Feb. 22, and the fishing report for the week of Feb. 13-19 will not be available until Wednesday, Feb. 23.
