Here is the Reel Time Pacific Northwest fishing and outdoor trivia question of the week:
This is a traditional and favorite opening day lowland lake that is located east of the Cascade Mountain Range. The region where the lake is located also offers some of the best winter sports activities in the state.
It receives a generous load of hatchery rainbow trout fingerlings (50,000 to 65,000 each year) from state Fish and Wildlife that grow to good size consistently each year. This popular lake in Eastern Washington covers 212 acres and is located at a state park.
Hint: It generated somewhere between 1.5 and 2.0 trout per angler average on the April 30 opener.
Can you name this popular Eastern Washington lake?
