Latest Lake washington sockeye counts

Here are the latest Lake Washington sockeye counts at the Ballard Locks.

Remember only a little more than 34,000 sockeye are expected to return this summer, and more than 350,000 are needed before any type of fishery can be considered.

June 12, 304 sockeye were counted; June 13, 259; June 14, 303; June 15, 352; June 16, 648; June 17, 646; and June 18, 622.
