Southwest Washington region offering nice mix of trout, bass and walleye

Here is the latest fishing reports on southwest Washington walleye, bass, trout and other warm water fish.

In The Dalles Pool boat anglers last week averaged two walleye and 10 bass per rod when including fish released. Bank anglers averaged nearly five bass kept/released per rod.

In Kress Lake near Kalama eight anglers last week caught two yellow perch and two rainbows (one was 16.5 inches), and released three bluegill and one bass. Good angler effort, but a low harvest rate.

In Horseshoe Lake in Woodland 25 anglers last week caught three rainbow trout. Good angler effort, but a low harvest rate.

At Kidney Lake near North Bonneville 21 anglers last week caught 11 rainbows and 12 sculpin, and released four rainbows and 35 sculpin.

In Icehouse Lake near the Bridge of the Gods three anglers last week caught three rainbow.

In Tunnel Lake just east of Drano Lake three anglers last week caught one rainbow.

In Rowland Lake near Bingen seven anglers last week caught one rainbow, and released two bluegill and one bullhead. Extremely windy over the past several days.

In Horsethief Lake near Lyle two anglers last week caught fish. Extremely windy over the past few days.

In Spearfish Lake near Dallesport three anglers last week released one rainbow. Extremely windy over the past few days.
