It’s Reel Time trivia so put on your fishing thinking cap

Here is the Reel Time Pacific Northwest fishing and outdoor trivia question of the week:

This is one of the most popular fishing lakes in Snohomish County, and is open year-round to anglers. Chumming is allowed on this 500-plus acre lake.

It is annually stocked with 15,000 trout, and most of those are rainbows. It has a state park and resort on the lake. Trout can spread out on this lake, and that means you can find some larger carry-overs as the season goes on.

There are cutthroat in the lake and they can be caught almost throughout the year, and can grow to an impressive size. Fall can be good for yellow perch, and there are largemouth and smallmouth bass in the summer.

Where am I fishing?

The person to answer this question first will win a nice outdoor related book.

Please email your answer to myuasa@seattletimes.com. The winner will be announced on Friday, Oct. 28. Be sure to include an email plus phone number so we can ensure you’ll get your prize.

This will be an ongoing weekly trivia contest through October and possibly longer where the winner will receive a prize that will range from books, fishing gear and other cool items from the outdoors gunnysack.

Here are our rules for The Seattle Times contest.
