Shilshole Bay ramp — Dec. 21: Two boats with two anglers caught no fish; Dec. 24: Three boats with eight anglers caught no fish.

Everett ramp — Dec. 21: Nine boats with 17 anglers caught two chinook; Dec. 23: Six boats with 10 anglers caught no fish; Dec. 24: Four boats with seven anglers caught one chinook.

Edmonds Marina — Dec. 23: One boat with one angler caught no fish.

Manchester ramp — Dec. 24: Two boats with three anglers caught no fish.

Kingston ramp — Dec. 19: Three boats with seven anglers caught no fish; Dec. 21: Nine boats with 17 anglers caught two chinook; Dec. 23: One boat with two anglers caught no fish.

Glenn Street ramp, Bellingham — Dec. 21: One boat with three anglers caught no fish; Dec. 23: One boat with three anglers caught no fish.

Camano Island State Park ramp — Dec. 21: Seven boats with 13 anglers caught no fish; Dec. 23: Five boats with 10 anglers caught no fish; Dec. 24: One boats with two anglers caught no fish.

Friday Harbor Marina, San Juan Island — Dec. 21: One boat with one angler caught no fish; Dec. 23: Three boats with eight anglers caught one chinook; Dec. 24: One boat with two anglers caught no fish.

Washington Park ramp, Anacortes — Dec. 21: Four boats with seven anglers caught one chinook; Dec. 23: Six boats with 11 anglers caught four chinook.

Cornet Bay ramp, North Whidbey Island — Dec. 21: One boat with four anglers caught no fish.

Point Defiance Park ramp and Boathouse, Tacoma — Dec. 19: Three boats with three anglers caught no fish; Dec. 21: Two boats with two anglers caught no fish; Dec. 22: Five boats with seven anglers caught two chinook.

Perry Creek estuary — Dec. 23: Four bank anglers caught three chum.

Narrows Properties Park Pier — Dec. 20: Two bank anglers caught no fish.

Rivers and lakes

Cowlitz River — Last week: 47 boat anglers kept 11 winter steelhead, and 32 bank anglers kept seven winter steelhead.

Washougal River — Dec. 15-20: 106 bank anglers kept 17 winter steelhead and released seven, and seven boat anglers caught no fish; Dec. 21-26: 54 bank anglers kept 15 winter steelhead and released four, and three boat anglers caught no fish.

Bogachiel/Quillayute River — Dec. 19-22: 11 bank anglers and 35 boat anglers kept 41 winter steelhead, and released six steelhead and one cutthroat trout for a total of 259.0 hours fished. Dec. 23-25: 14 bank anglers and 14 boat anglers kept 16 steelhead and released three for a total of 145.5 hours fished.

Sol Duc River — Dec. 19-22: One bank angler caught no fish for a total of 1.5 hours fished.

Lower Hoh River — Dec. 19-22: 31 bank anglers and 52 boat anglers kept kept 30 winter steelhead, and released nine winter steelhead, three bull trout, three whitefish and one coho for a total of 428.0 hours fished. Dec. 23-25: 40 bank anglers and 23 boat anglers kept 23 winter steelhead, and released five winter steelhead, two bull trout and two whitefish.

Upper Hoh River from Oxbow Campground to Olympic National Park Boundary — Dec. 19-22: Three bank anglers and 11 boat anglers kept 13 winter steelhead, and released three winter steelhead, 10 bull trout and nine cutthroat trout for a total of 88.0 hours fished. Dec. 23-25: Two bank and two boat anglers caught no fish for a total of 9.5 hours fished.
