Here is the Reel Time Pacific Northwest fishing and outdoor trivia question of the week:
This shallow 120-acre lake is so close that you can almost see the eyes of the Canadians just across the border. The lake gets a plant of about 10,000 catchable-sized rainbow trout usually in spring or early summer.
Fly fishing is best during the summer, but it is a big draw for ice fishermen in the winter, and there is another lake just down the road that is popular.
The two towns nearby also host a winter festival, and lures hundreds of anglers with augers for their fishing derby.
Where am I fishing?
The person to answer this question first will win a nice outdoor related book.
Please email your answer to firstname.lastname@example.org. The winner will be announced on Friday, Feb. 3. Be sure to include an email plus phone number so we can ensure you’ll get your prize.
This will be an ongoing weekly trivia contest where the winner will receive a prize that will range from books, fishing gear and other cool items from the outdoors gunnysack.
