Potholes Reservoir fishing tournament this weekend

Here is the weekly report from MarDon Resort at the Potholes Reservoir in Eastern Washington:

This is the 34th year the Potholes Bass Club has held this wonderful fishing tournament.

Please feel welcome to come to MarDon on Saturday and Sunday April 21 & 22 to enjoy the weigh-in’s. The weigh-in time on Saturday starts at 5:30 p.m. and on Sunday it starts at 11:30 a.m. There is a raffle Sunday after the weigh-in starting around 2 p.m.

The Beach House is opening back up this week under new ownership. MarDon Resort purchased the business and we are excited about our new managers, Rusty and Lisa Johnston. Please come out and enjoy a wonderful home cooked meal. To contact the Beach House please call 509-346-9688. Our Spring Hours will be Thursday to Monday 9a.m. to 7 p.m. We will be closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The Trout fishing is holding strong. Lakes worth singling out are Pillar Lake, Upper Goose and Hampton Lake have been on fire.

Remember Warden Lake opens Saturday, April 28.
