The Potholes Recreation Area has been seeing cooler than average temperatures.
Many days of wind and rain have stopped even our local walleye and bass fishers from getting out of the water.
The water level on Potholes Reservoir is near high pool. With new June heat and increasing farming irrigation the water level will drop rapidly.
Good trout trolling for rainbow to 4 pounds has been reported from the Medicare Beach Area on Potholes Reservoir.
Warden Lake has produced limits for shore fishers using Power Bait.
This weekend is the 2012 Washington Bow Fishing Championship at the Potholes Reservoir.
