Here is the Reel Time Pacific Northwest fishing and outdoor trivia question of the week:
This huge lake covers 21 miles, and stretches from the Canadian into the northern Cascades. It doesn’t get much fishing effort, but you’d be surprise of the good rainbow and cutthroat fishing, and how big the fish can get in this watershed.
There is a boat launch on the Canadian side, but a nice resort with cabins and boat rentals is located on the south end. Fishing is currently open until Oct. 31, and is a selective fishery so no bait is allowed, and only lures or flies with a single barbless hook may be used.
Where am I fishing?
The person to answer this question first will win a nice outdoor related book or some fishing tackle.
Please email your answer to firstname.lastname@example.org. The winner will be announced on Friday, July 13. Be sure to include an email plus phone number so we can ensure you’ll get your prize.
This will be an ongoing weekly trivia contest where the winner will receive a prize that will range from books, fishing gear and other cool items from the outdoors gunnysack.
