Here is the Reel Time Pacific Northwest fishing and outdoor trivia question of the week:
Much of this area’s fishing occurs not directly in the river itself, but in a huge backwater area at the mouth with a peculiar name, and is located above Bonneville Dam.
It offers outstanding spring chinook fishing, and by mid-April is filled with boats of all shapes and sizes. Spring chinook anglers also troll in a particular pattern circling about looking for fish. This area also offers productive summer steelhead fishing.
Where am I fishing?
The person to answer this question first will win a nice outdoor related book or some fishing tackle.
Please email your answer to firstname.lastname@example.org. The winner will be announced on Friday, July 27. Be sure to include an email plus phone number so we can ensure you’ll get your prize.
This will be an ongoing weekly trivia contest where the winner will receive a prize that will range from books, fishing gear and other cool items from the outdoors gunnysack.
