Early leading fish on the first day of Everett Coho Derby is a 15.37 pound coho

Here are the early catch results from the Everett Coho Derby being held today and Sunday.

I will update this later this afternoon after the weigh-in deadline, but it looks like there was a lot of anglers out on the water although fishing action was fair and good for a few who found pods of biting fish.

Adult division: 1, 15.37 pound coho, Chance Cochrell of Snohomish; 2, 11.35, Steve Roberts of Snohomish; 3, 9.48, Mike Rogers of Monroe; 4, 8.36, Owen Herrmann of Snohomish; 5, 8.07, Lynn Evans of Arlington; 6, 7.35, Mike Grams of Everett; 7, 6.59, Steve Herrman of Snohomish; 8, 4.82, Rick White Jr. of Marysville; 9.

Youth division: 1, 8.58, Jeff Christen of Marysville.
