Here are the latest salmon catches from the Buoy-10 fishery at the Lower Columbia River:

Aug. 1, 11 boats with anglers caught four Chinook.

Aug. 2, 20 boats with 43 anglers caught six Chinook and four hatchery coho.

Aug. 3, 21 boats with 49 anglers caught five Chinook and five hatchery coho.

Aug. 4, 52 boats with 155 anglers caught 15 Chinook and 13 hatchery coho.

Aug. 5, No sampling conducted.

Aug. 6, 37 boats with 86 anglers caught nine Chinook and five hatchery coho.

Aug. 7, 24 boats with 56 anglers caught 19 Chinook and three hatchery coho.

Aug. 8, 30 boats with 78 anglers caught 18 Chinook and five hatchery coho.

Aug. 9, 17 boats with 38 anglers caught five Chinook and one hatchery coho.

Aug. 10, 73 boats with 197 anglers caught 64 Chinook and eight hatchery coho.

Aug. 11, 26 boats with 68 anglers caught 14 Chinook and three hatchery coho.

Aug. 12, 12 boats with 30 anglers caught 12 chinook and two coho.

Aug. 13, No sampling.

Aug. 14, 55 boats with 148 anglers caught 94 chinook and five coho.

Aug. 15, 85 boats with 217 anglers caught 112 chinook and 23 coho.

Aug. 16, 122 boats with 346 anglers caught 152 chinook and 25 coho.

Aug. 17, 98 boats with 295 anglers caught 120 chinook and 26 coho.

Aug. 18, 102 boats with 313 anglers caught 125 chinook and 40 coho. Estimated catch through Aug. 18: 11,300 chinook and 1,700 coho.

Aug. 19, 52 boats with 130 anglers caught 43 chinook and 17 coho. Estimated catch and effort through Aug. 19: 13,300 chinook and 2,000 coho from 28,300 angler trips.

Aug. 20, 50 boats with 147 anglers caught 29 chinook and 23 coho.

Aug. 21, One charter boats with three anglers caught five coho; 109 boats with 283 anglers caught 69 chinook and 49 coho.

Aug. 22, No sampling.

Aug. 23, No sampling. Effective Aug. 23 through Sept. 1, all chinook must be adipose or left ventral fin clipped.

Aug. 24, 84 boats with 258 anglers caught 57 chinook and 27 coho.

Aug. 25, 68 boats with 184 anglers caught 56 chinook and 11 coo.

The state Fish and Wildlife preseason catch expectations for Buoy-10 are: 20,000 chinook and 13,100 hatchery coho.

Fishing from now through Sept. 1 daily limit is two salmon or hatchery steelhead or one of each. Only one may be a hatchery-marked chinook. Release all salmon except hatchery chinook and hatchery coho. Minimum size limit is 24 inches for chinook and 16 inches for hatchery coho.

Fishing from Sept. 2-30 has a daily limit of two hatchery coho or hatchery steelhead or one of each. Release all salmon other than hatchery coho. Minimum size is 16 inches for hatchery coho.
