The Northwest Fly Fishing Show is 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, and 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 16 at the Lynnwood Convention Center. Cost is $15 per day or $25 for a two-day pass (cash only at the door).
There will be a wide range of events with featured fly-tying experts, destination seminars, casting demonstrations, exhibitor booths and classes with expert fly-anglers.
Casting demonstrations and instructors are Gary Borger, Jeff Currier, Daniel Galhardo and Simon Gawesworth; fly tiers are Borger, Jay Murakashi, George Cook, Ed Engle, Phillip Rowley and Dennis Rickards.
Show presentations include Fly Fishing Puget Sound Saltwater; Extreme Tarpon on the Fly; Washington Steelhead Fishing; Fly Fishing Alaska; Fly Fishing Central Oregon; Fly Fishing for Women in Alaska; Dry Fly Essentials; Fly Fishing Turneffe Atoll; and Fly Fishing Grand Bahama Island.
There will also be an International Fly Fishing Film Festival 6 p.m. on Feb. 15. Cost is $10 with paid admission to the show or $15 for the film only.
