Fly Fishing Film Tour in Gig Harbor on Feb. 26

The Fly Fishing Film Tour or F3T is coming to the Gig Harbor Galaxy Theater on Wednesday, Feb. 26, and is hosted by the Gig Harbor Fly Shop.

The film a wide range of topics covers fly-fishing stories  covering trout, saltwater pursuits, anadromous fish, and carp and musky.

There is also a piece on the Alaskan king salmon fishery. This segment points out hope for the king fishery and has a conservation focus.

The Galaxy Theater is located at 4649 Point Fosdick Drive Northwest in Gig Harbor. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the movie begins at 7 p.m. Discount tickets are available at the Gig Harbor Fly Shop for $12.

The Fly Fishing Film Tour is produced by Webeye Group, LLC. It is sponsored by Costa, Patagonia, Sage, Yeti Coolers, Scientific Anglers, Trout Unlimited, Mountain magazine, The Drake magazine, Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures and Yantarni Salmon Camp.

The Gig Harbor Fly Shop will donate a portion of the proceeds to the Wild Steelhead Coalition.
