Seahawks announce signing of Michael Bennett
The Seahawks announced the signing of defensive lineman Michael Bennett, a free agent from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Bennett agreed to terms with the Seahawks on Thursday. He was a Seahawk before, spending the first month of the 2009 season on the roster after making the team as an undrafted free agent out of Texas A&M. He wound up a Buc where he has played the past four seasons. He had nine sacks in 2012 before becoming a free agent.
He will wear No. 72 for the Seahawks.
