Morning kickoff — Team meeting, OTA wrapup, and more

Time for our daily morning look  at what is out there about the Seahawks, and the NFL. …

— Times columnist Jerry Brewer wrote from yesterday’s OTA about the recent veteran-led team meeting attempting to put a cap on the team’s off-field issues;

— And here’s my notebook;

— Some thoughts from ESPN.com’s Mike Sando;

— Here’s the wrapup from Seahawks.com (though I could have sworn it was Tuesday, ha ha);

— USA Today writes about the challenge the Packers have trying to keep up with the 49ers and Seahawks since they have to pay a quarterback a lot of money and the two NFC West teams do not;

— Seattle’s win over Green Bay is No. 4 on the NFL.com countdown of the top games of 2012;

— Comparing Atlanta’s chances with those of the 49ers and Seahawks this year;

— Don’t expect Chip Kelly to talk  about injuries with the Eagles;

Matt Flynn has gotten an early vote of confidence as Oakland’s QB;

— Interesting stuff on some new technology uses to allow teams to get even more info;

— More on the draft being moved to May in 2014;

Finally, here’s a little footage of the OTAs.
