Time for our daily morning look at what is being said out there about the Seahawks. …

— ESPN.com’s Mike Sando examines the percentage of snaps the Seahawks have returning at each position group, as well as the rest of the NFC West. And the chart reiterates that the Seahawks and 49ers have most of their key parts returning in 2013, the reason each carries high expectations into the season;
