If you needed yet another indication of the enthusiasm greeting the Seahawks this season, you got it today at the Richard Sherman Celebrity Softball Game at Cheney Stadium in Tacoma.
There’s pretty much a full house here, with some fans reportedly arriving as early as 8 a.m. to begin tailgating.
As I type this, we are about halfway through the Home Run Derby, where the early standout has been safety Earl Thomas, who hit three straight out over a drawn-in fence.
