Morning links — Brewer sounds a word of caution on Super Bowl dreams

It’s no secret the hype for this Seahawks’ team may match that of any in franchise history — and maybe Seattle sports history.

But Times columnist Jerry Brewer wrote for the Sunday paper that there’s a chance that because of the youth on this team, this might not be the year it all comes together, but simply another year on the road to getting to that point.

Maybe not what fans would want to hear right now. But it’s a valid viewpoint, to be sure, especially considering as well the competition¬† the Seahawks face in the NFC West alone.
