Three Seahawks receivers — Golden Tate, Doug Baldwin and Jermaine Kearse — talked after practice today about the loss of Percy Harvin, as well as how camp is progressing.
The overall theme, as might be expected, is that life will go on.
“It hurts to lose a guy like that,” Tate said. “Especially when you have such high expectations for him this year. We are not discouraged at all. We are still out here grinding, working. We’re going to see how great we can be. We think that we have everything we need to succeed and we are going to do that.”
Added Baldwin: “We’ll be happy when Percy gets back. But we have guys who are more than capable of filling in for him.”
