The Seahawks’ injury report for today is out, and among those listed as out today are cornerback Brandon Browner and defensive tackle Tony McDaniel.
Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said Wednesday he hoped Browner would return to practice Thursday — he missed the game last week with a hamstring injury. That he didn’t practice today doesn’t mean he won’t play Sunday against the 49ers, but obviously he wasn’t able to practice today.
McDaniel was out today with a groin, presumably the same one he has been struggling with but played through last week at Carolina.
Also out today were DT Jordan Hill (biceps) and S Jeron Johnson (hamstring).
Listed as having limited participation in practice was DT Brandon Mebane (ankle).
Listed as having full participation in practice today were DEs Cliff Avril (hamstring) and Chris Clemons (knee) as well as OL Michael Bowie (shoulder), WR Sidney Rice (knee) and TE Luke Willson (oblique).
That Clemons was able to participate is obviously another positive sign in his rehab from a knee injury and another sign that he may be able to play Sunday against the 49ers.
