Seahawks Announce Members of President’s Fan Advisory Council

The Seahawks today announced the members of the team’s President’s Fan Advisory Council.

Here’s the press release with details:

Renton, Wash. – The Seattle Seahawks announced today the members of the President’s Fan Advisory Council. More than 2,000 fans applied for the two-year appointment announced in June to assist team executives in the evaluation and enhancement of the overall Seahawks fan experience.

“We are fortunate to have a season ticket base that is not only loud and passionate about what happens on the field, but committed to help improve the fan experience in the stadium,” said Seahawks President Peter McLoughlin. “We look forward to this group’s feedback and constructive discussion.”

Members of the President’s Fan Advisory Council will have direct access, both online and face-to-face, with team executives in addition to an open forum to share their thoughts and ideas with those who can implement change.

“I hope to impact the whole fan experience,” said President’s Advisory Council member Jairo Garcia. “Seahawks Sundays are like Christmas day for me. I get to spend time with family and friends and experience Seahawks victories.”

The council is comprised of 12 season ticket holders from varied backgrounds and cities. Members of the council include the following:

Jon Baer, Mill Creek

Taylor Clark, Bothell

Mike Devries, Seattle

Mark Freise, Everett

Robert Freytag, Bellevue

Jairo Garcia, Seattle

Jill Goldman, Mukilteo

Jay Prince, Mercer Island

Cindy Shultz, Chelan

Allen Urness, Seattle

Jody Vincent, Bellingham

Paul Wilde, Bothell

The first meeting will be held later this fall.
