Jags sign Williams: Fifth former Seahawk to sign with Jacksonville

Stephen Williams didn’t have to wait long to find a new home — and it comes in an expected place, as the Jacksonville Jaguars today picked him up, two days after he was cut by the Seahawks.

Williams becomes the fifth player released by Seattle this year to land with the Jags, who are coached by Gus Bradley, who was the Seahawks defensive coordinator the last four years.

The others were all defensive players: LBs John Lotulelei and Kyle Knox, CB Will Blackmon and S Winston Guy.
