Seahawks injury report: Harvin limited, Sherman does not participate

harvinpractices

Prior to Wednesday’s practice, Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said that receiver Percy Harvin would take part — above is a picture of Harvin stretching in warmups (in a John Lok photo).

Afterward, the team listed Harvin as having limited participation in practice.

Carroll said how much Harvin is able to participate in practice this week, and how his body responds the day after, will dictate if he can play Sunday against the Vikings

Seattle’s injury report also listed one notable new injury with cornerback Richard Sherman sitting out with a hip injury. Carroll did not mention the injury when he met with the media, so there is no further information on the possible severity.

Here is the official report:

DT Tony McDaniel Hamstring
CB Richard Sherman Hip
DE Chris Clemons NIR (not injury-related, rest day)

LIMITED PARTICIPATION
