Seahawks-Saints snap counts

Here are the snap counts for last night’s win over the Saints.

First, a couple of quick thoughts on what they reveal:

— First time this year I can recall Jermaine Kearse getting the most snaps of any receivers, on the field for 55 of 71 offensive plays. Percy Harvin’s absence no doubt contributed, but it’s obvious he long moved past just being a complementary players;

— Tackles Russell Okung and Breno Giacomini played all 71 snaps, so no doubting now that they are back to full go;

Paul McQuistan and James Carpenter essentially traded off at left guard with McQuistan on the field for 40 snaps and Carpenter 34;

Byron Maxwell, in his first career start, was on the field for 57 of 60 defensive plays;
