If you recall, there was a lot of speculation early in the week prior to the Dec. 2 game between the Saints and Seahawks at CenturyLink that we might be in for a little snow.
Instead, once the game began, weather was not a factor at all, with calm conditions other than a little rain, which fell after the outcome was essentially decided.
So it was best to be a little cautious early this week when there were more forecasts of the potential of pretty inclement weather at the CLink.
But now that we are nearing 26 hours prior to kickoff, it does indeed appear as if the weather could be a factor.
All show basically a near-certainty of rain, and relatively strong winds.
All of that would seem to favor the Seahawks, who play in those sorts of conditions more often and aren’t as reliant on being able to throw the ball as the Saints.
But then this being the playoffs and all, you never know anything for sure, other than that it’s likely to be wet and windy tomorrow.
