Lynch, Baldwin, Mebane held out of Seahawks practice Wednesday

Even during an off week, the Seahawks and Broncos had to file practice reports Wednesday.

As noted earlier, receiver Percy Harvin was able to practice, and he did so as a full participant. Three players did not practice: running back Marshawn Lynch (knee), receiver Doug Baldwin (hip) and defensive tackle Brandon Mebane (ankle).

Coach Pete Carroll indicated those three guys were banged up after Sunday’s physical NFC Championship game against San Francisco and might need to be managed this week.

Here was the Broncos report:

DNP: DT Mitch Unrein (knee)
Limited: RB Knowshon Moreno (ribs)
Full: CB Tony Carter (shoulder), TE Joel Dreessen (knee), DT Terrance Knighton (knee), G Chris Kuper (ankle), QB Peyton Manning (ankle), CB Kayvon Webster (thumb).
