Gameday links: The Big Day is Finally Here

Finally, it’s here. And as I look out the window of our hotel in Times Square, it does so with sun here and anticipation in Seahawks nation everywhere.

Matt Trebby wrapped up all our coverage here.

I’ll pass on a few more things to get you ready for what may be the biggest game in Seattle sports history.

I say maybe as a nod to the 1979 Sonics winning the NBA title. For the era, that was as big as it got. But that was an accumulation of games, and everything just feels bigger now, not to mention the overwhelming popularity of the NFL. There’s always a danger in thinking that’s what’s happening now is the biggest ever. But in this case, it also feels true.
