We’re here in blustery Indianapolis where we were awakened at about 4 a.m. by an incredibly loud lightning strike. Probably a metaphor there for something.
We’re here for the NFL Combine, which begins today. We’ll have plenty of coverage of it in this space, and in the pages of the Seattle Times, over the next few days.
As I wrote today, the Seahawks will surely be taking a long look here at the receivers on hand — and you’d imagine particularly eyeing some of the bigger receivers, who would give the team something it doesn’t really have right now, especially with Sidney Rice’s future in question.
Seattle GM John Schneider is scheduled to speak to the media here this afternoon, so we’ll pass along news and notes from later, as well as other interesting stuff as it arises.
