Monday links: Wilson taking his swings, and end of franchise tag period

A few things worth following today with the Seahawks and around the NFL, as well as some other stuff to pass along in the morning links:

— First, today is the day Seattle QB Russell Wilson will spend with the Texas Rangers.

Expect plenty of coverage of this throughout the day.

— Next, today is the deadline for teams to put franchise tags on players. The Seahawks have already said they don’t plan to use the tag, typifying a season in which few teams have:
