Seahawks free agency tracker — Day 20

The free agency period enters its fourth week Tuesday. And while the activity has begun to slow down, I figured it was again time to update the tracker. There are a few new contract numbers added, and it also reflects the signings of the last week — specifically, Seattle signing CB Phillip Adams and the Browns signing OL Paul McQuistan.

Also, worth noting that this does not include players who were free agents prior to this period that Seattle signed, such as WR Chris Matthews from the Canadian Football League.

Cap Space update

As reported by the NFLPA, the Seahawks have salary cap room of $15.063 million. As this is written on March 30, only eight teams have more cap space than Seattle.

Seahawks roster moves

QB Tarvaris Jackson (1 year, $1.25 million, all guaranteed)

OL Paul McQuistan (signed with Cleveland, $1 year, $1.395 million, $750,000 guaranteed)

Players cut since end of season:

DE Chris Clemons (signed with Jacksonville, 4 years, $17.5 million, $4.475 million guaranteed)

DT Red Bryant (signed with Jacksonville, 4 years, $19 million, $5.255 million guaranteed)

WR Sidney Rice (unsigned, with recent rumors he could re-up with the Seahawks although there remain rumors that teams such as the Saints and Jets may also be interested)

Free agents signed by Seahawks:

WR Taylor Price (one year, $570,000, no guarantee, has to make team to be paid)

OL Stephen Schilling (one year, $640,000, no guarantee)

CB Phillip Adams (one year, no other details)

Unsigned Seahawks free agents:

TE Kellen Davis (no rumored activity with him yet)

FB Michael Robinson (at this point, probably a longshot to be back with Seahawks)

LB O’Brien Schofield (initially signed with Giants but deal now dead because of concerns Giants had about his knee after his physical)

OTHER PLAYERS KNOWN TO HAVE VISITED SEAHAWKS

TE Jermichael Finley (unsigned)

DT Jason Hatcher (signed with Washington, 4 years, $27.5 million, $10.5 million guaranteed)
