Thursday links: Saints safety Bush has fine rescinded, Rang breaks down Seattle’s draft needs, and more

— New Orleans safety Rafael Bush has had the $21,000 fine he initially received for a hit on Percy Harvin in the playoff game in January rescinded.

— The draft is now less than a month away. No really, it is. And CBSSports.com draft maven Rob Rang offers an overview today of what the Seahawks might need and five players who should be on their radar. Hard to argue.
