While Seattle has yet to release its practice squad, a couple of players who seemed like logical fits for it are heading elsewhere.
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, Korey Toomer cleared waivers and has signed with Dallas on its 53-man roster:

And according to Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun, fullback Kiero Small is heading to Cleveland’s practice squad:

Small was Seattle’s seventh-round pick in 2014 and would be the first member of that class to be lost. Seattle also cut fith-round pick Jimmy Staten yesterday but he could end up back on Seattle’s practice squad.
And with Toomer’s signing, that makes three players Seattle released Saturday who are on 53-man rosters elsewhere, joining DE Benson Mayowa (Oakland) and OL Caylin Hauptmann (Browns).
