Seahawks Daily Top 10: Off to Washington

The Seahawks will be off to Washington later today for Monday night’s game.

But before then, they’ll have one last workout at the VMAC, and then coach Pete Carroll will meet the media one last time before kickoff. We’ll pass along any relevant news and notes later.
