The Seahawks continued to sputter on offense, gaining one first down before being forced to punt early in the third quarter. Jon Ryan’s punt was muffed by the Cowboys’ Dwayne Harris at the 15 and recovered by the Seahawks’ Mike Morgan, who had made another big special-teams play earlier in the game.

It took the Seahawks two plays to cash in, with Russell Wilson running it from nine yards out for the touchdown to tie the score at 17 with 6:20 to go in the third quarter.
