Seahawks trail, 17-10, at halftime to Cowboys

The Seahawks find themselves trailing in a game by seven points for the first time since the NFC title game last year (Seattle trailed 20-14 at halftime of its Week 2 game in San Diego). The Seahawks have made some big plays, but have otherwise been dominated by the Cowboys.

As Bob Condotta pointed out, 53 of Seattle’s yards came on a pass play from Russell Wilson to Jermaine Kearse on the Seahawks’ opening drive.

The Seahawks were held to three first downs (one by penalty) and only had the ball for 9 minutes 55 seconds. The Cowboys eventually took the lead with 24 seconds left in the first half on a 3-yard touchdown pass from Tony Romo to Jason Witten and will have the ball first in the third quarter.
