Seattle’s official injury report for Wednesday is out and includes a new name not mentioned by Pete Carroll earlier in the day — defensive lineman Jordan Hill. Hill did not practice due to an ankle injury.
We’ll have to wait a few days, probably, to know if this is something that could hold him out of Sunday’s game at St. Louis. But one player who could see the field if Hill is out is Greg Scruggs, who was re-signed on Tuesday after having been waived on Saturday to make room for Steven Terrell (Terrell, by the way, appears to be back on the practice squad).
Listed as already out for the St. Louis game are middle linebacker Bobby Wagner and tight end Zach Miller.
Others listed as not participating on Wednesday were C Max Unger, CB Byron Maxwell, WR Percy Harvin and RB Marshawn Lynch. Harvin and Lynch were each listed as out due to non-injury-related reasons, meaning they took rest days (each was present at practice).
Listed as having limited participation in practice was cornerback Tharold Simon (knee). And listed as having full participation was OL Alvin Bailey (oblique).
Also back to practice today was DB Eric Pinkins, who is beginning a three-week window where he can practice with the team while on the PUP list.
